EOT Crane Quotation Comparison Sheet: Technical and Commercial Checklist
Normalize EOT crane quotations before comparing price. Use this checklist to expose missing scope, non-equivalent components, installation gaps, tax differences and warranty risks.
Quick answer
A good quotation comparison normalizes scope first, then compares duty, component brands, structural supply, speeds, controls, installation, transport, testing, documentation, warranty, taxes and exclusions. The cheapest quote is only useful after hidden gaps are made visible.

How to compare EOT crane quotations fairly
Do not compare quotations only by total amount. First normalize the technical offer, project scope and commercial assumptions. Then add the cost or risk of missing items so every supplier is compared on the same basis.
1. Equalize technical scope
Check duty, component brands, structural weights, speeds, controls and safety devices. A lighter or cheaper offer is not equivalent unless the design basis is comparable.
2. Equalize site scope
Separate installation, transport, unloading, runway, electricals, DSL, testing and documentation. Convert exclusions into cost before ranking suppliers.
3. Equalize commercial basis
Compare taxes, currency, delivery terms, warranty, payment milestones and deviations. Hidden commercial assumptions often matter as much as the crane price.

Upload or enter your crane requirement to compare suppliers.
If you already have supplier quotes, upload or summarize the requirement and quotations. If you do not yet have quotes, start with the RFQ template so every supplier responds against the same scope.
