Free EOT Crane RFQ Template
Do not ask vendors for "best price" before you define the crane properly. Use this RFQ template to collect the minimum details needed for comparable EOT crane quotes.
Built for plant owners, procurement teams, maintenance teams, and project engineers who are buying an EOT crane but do not want to depend only on cost and vendor trust.
What This Helps You Avoid
- Vendors quoting different assumptions for the same crane.
- Missing duty, controls, safety, installation, or commissioning scope.
- Lowest-price quotes that hide exclusions and later cost.
- FAT/SAT and documentation arguments after the PO is released.
Beginner Rule
First make vendors quote the same scope. Then compare price.
